CAXO Pilot — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CAXO Pilot (referred to throughout as "CAXO", "we", "us"), a marketing automation service that plans, drafts, schedules and publishes content for your business across your connected channels, subject to your approval. By creating an account or using CAXO Pilot, you agree to these Terms.

1. CAXO is in pilot

CAXO is currently operating as a pilot program. Features, pricing, plan allowances and supported channels may change as we refine the product, and we may add, remove or adjust functionality without the same notice period a mature product would give. We'll try to communicate meaningful changes to active subscribers directly, but no specific uptime, availability or feature-stability commitment is made during this pilot phase.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and setting up your business profile (business name, category, contact details, and anything else we ask for during onboarding).
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the business you register — for example, to connect its social media, advertising and messaging accounts to CAXO.

3. What CAXO does — and what it doesn't do without you

CAXO drafts marketing content (posters, reels, written posts and ad campaigns) on a schedule based on your chosen plan. Nothing is published to any of your connected channels without your review and approval, unless you've explicitly configured a step to auto-publish. You can approve, request changes to, or hold any draft before it goes live.

Some content is generated with the help of AI tools. AI-assisted drafts are a starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy — you're responsible for reviewing content (including claims about your business, pricing, offers and imagery) before approving it for publication. CAXO is not liable for content you approve without reviewing it.

4. Connected channels and third-party services

To publish on your behalf, CAXO connects to third-party platforms you authorize — currently including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Ads, YouTube and your own blog/website, with more planned over time. Signing in and paying may also involve third-party providers (for example Google or Facebook for login, and Razorpay or Stripe for payment, depending on your country). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies, which we don't control. If a connected platform changes its rules, suspends your account, or becomes unavailable, CAXO isn't responsible for the impact that has on your content or reach there.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

• CAXO offers a free plan and paid plans with more content, higher ad budgets or additional features. Current pricing is shown on the plan selection page.
• Paid plans bill on a recurring basis. Your subscription activates once your first payment is confirmed by our payment provider (Razorpay for customers in India, Stripe elsewhere).
• If a recurring payment fails, we'll let you know and give you a chance to update your payment details before your plan lapses.
• You can cancel or change your plan at any time from Plan & Usage in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn't retroactively refund amounts already charged unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

6. Your content, our license to use it

You own the content associated with your business — your brand assets, logo, photos, and anything you approve for publication. By using CAXO, you grant us a license to store, process, adapt and publish that content (and any AI-assisted drafts built from it) solely to provide the service to you — for example, to post it to your connected channels once you've approved it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CAXO to:

• Publish content that's unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or other rights.
• Violate the terms of any connected platform (Meta, Google, etc.) that you authorize CAXO to publish to.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to CAXO's systems.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

CAXO is provided "as is" during this pilot, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAXO's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using CAXO and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. On termination, your access to the dashboard and any queued/unpublished drafts ends; content already published to your connected channels remains there under that platform's own controls.

10. Changes to these Terms

Because CAXO is in active pilot, we may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we'll try to let active subscribers know directly. Continuing to use CAXO after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
